+ Contact a university counseling or psychology clinic and ask for referral information.

+ Get in touch with your area’s psychological association and ask for a referral directory, or ask how you might find treatment providers who can help you.
+ Search local university websites for psychology faculty members with expertise in self-harm or BPD, and ask if they know of any therapists in your area with expertise in self-harm.
It’s also important to consider the characteristics you prefer in a therapist. Some people prefer to work with a therapist of a particular gender. Consider your personal preferences, and then decide whether the person with whom you’re meeting is a good fit for you.

So, how do you get a psychological assessment? The first step in taking an active role in your treatment is to determine the kind of treatment you want and the type of person you’d prefer to work with. Depending on your personal preferences, certain types of psychological therapies might be a better fit for you than others. For example, do you want a more active, problem-solving approach? If so, maybe CBT or DBT would be a better fit for you than psychodynamic therapy.
This is an important step, because many therapists don’t actually have much experience or training in the treatment of self-harm. In fact,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], it’s unfortunate, but some therapists actually refuse to treat people who self-harm, or they might require that you stop self-harming before they will treat you. self-harm without a thorough assessment is like going to a new country and trying to find your way around without a map. Isn't it time you begin walking the path designed for you and begin living and creating a passionate life? To create your essential life you need to start by listening to the messages of your internal compass. It is to create a life in which you feel authentic and whole.
Walking the path designed for you is not an easy thing to do. Many of you have family obligations and you may have sacrificed your life to help your parents or other family members. You may still belong to the religion of your childhood, working in a job that you grew up seeing others working in and you may feel trapped. You can still be there for your family while walking the path designed for you. All of you including your family each have a path of life that is uniquely yours. So how do you begin walking the path designed for you?
To begin walking your path is like taking a Journey. However, this Journey is not an external journey. This is an inward spiritual journey to the core of who you are. In order to get to the core of who you are and begin walking your path, you need to be committed to working, growing and evolving. This seems obvious. But if you're like me, you've responded to ads for information products. Sent in your money. And later been disappointed because the material you received was not what was promised.
Also, you should ask your prospective clients why they didn't respond. You can learn a lot from their feedback.
Different products may serve different purposes within your business. You might create a simple 8 to 10 page report to use as a free gift. Or you might decide to develop a cassette you can offer for $15. And so on.
Remember, always test before you invest.

Now I'm not saying that packaging isn't important, it is. But to succeed long term, your information must be of the highest quality. Focus on quality information first, then improve your packaging.

In this attempt Ron shuffled through a deck of cards in 1 min and 17 seconds (roughly) and then (not shown in the video) attempted to assemble a second deck of cards to match the deck he has just seen.
