The MyDoom e-mail worm has become the worst computer virus ever,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych].
The F-Secure Corporation of Finland said Thursday that about 20 to 30 percent of e-mail messages around the world carry the virus. The Constitutional Court has decided to delay the final hearing on the presidential impeachment to 2 p.m,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]. April 30,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]. The hearing was originally to be held Tuesday,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych].
The Constitutional Court made the decision after adjourning today��s hearing for an hour, as,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], before the hearing began,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], the impeachment committee had re-asked prosecutors to submit records of their investigation into corruption cases involving the presidential aides. Prosecutors decided not to present the records before the court.
The final hearing for President Roh��s impeachment was held in the Constitutional Court on Tuesday.
Constitutional Court Chief Yoon Young-chol said after adjourning the hearing that the impeachment committee had requested to examine the records or to re-order prosecutors to present their investigation results,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], with the committee saying that it was wrong for prosecutors not to present the records in fear of investigation interference.
After discussing during the adjournment,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], the court decided not to accept the request of the impeachment committee due to lack of reasons, Yoon said.
Judge Yoon told the impeachment committee that it has to submit a written statement explaining what the committee wants to find out in the investigation records by tomorrow morning. The court would ask prosecutors to present the records only when it decides that the impeachment committee��s request is proper after reviewing the statement,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], Yoon said.
Yoon��s remarks is interpreted as an intention to ask the impeachment committee to detail what kinds of records the committee wants to examine because the court has not been able to accept the previous request of the committee seeking ��all the records of the investigation�� due to resistance from prosecutors,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych].
The impeachment committee,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], however, objected to the court��s decision, saying that it didn��t understand exactly what the court asked the committee to do and it is difficult for it to identify all the investigation records because prosecutors�� investigations are closed to the public.
